IJCNLP 2011 Blog

From the meeting on June 26, 2011, there ‘re few update news as followed:

1. Our conference has been supported from Google for giving travel money support to female PHD students who paper will be accepted and will attend the conference. More information, please keep update in our website.

2. Our conference has been supported from SEEM for giving registration fee support to student from Hongkong. More information, please contact SEEM.

3. Change early registration deadline for participants to Oct 01, 2011 and add author registration deadline to Aug 19, 2011.

4. We have special rate for accommodation from our conference venue, Shang-ri la, only 2,500 baht/ night during conference period (normal price is up to 4,000 baht). This special offer is limited. Therefore, please keep update in our website for online hotel reservation.

5. Our banquet will celebrate at “River House”, which is an all new restaurant located on the scenic ping river. They create a variety of ‘atmospheres’ at river house such as riverside balcony, a garden view, indoor air-conditioned room. During Loy krathong Festival, you will see festival along ping river with the most beautiful scenic. If you interest to join our banquet, please buy the banquet ticket via our online registration.

Next meeting I will provide update information for conference kit.

Instructions for authors

• Eight pages (8) is the maximum length of full papers for the IJCNLP-2011 main conference. Up to two (2) additional pages may be used for references only (appendices count against the eight pages, not the additional one page).
• Short paper should not exceed four (4) pages of main text. Up to two (2) additional pages may be used for references only (appendices count against the four pages, not the additional one page).
• Papers that do not conform to the specified length and formatting requirements are subject to be rejected without review.
• The review policy of IJCNLP 2011 is blind review.
• Submissions must conform to the official IJCNLP 2011 style guidelines, which are contained in the style files, and they must be electronic in PDF.
• The following types of papers can be accommodated:
  - A small, focused contribution
  - Work in progress
  - A negative result
  - An opinion piece
  - An interesting application nugget
• Please submit the conference paper through our online paper submission system (IJCNLP2011 system)
